Email Brie Support
Include the email address on your Brie account, a short description of what happened, and your app version if you know it. Never send a password, sign-in code, or magic link.
Account and sign-in help
- Try the same Google, Apple, or email method you originally used to create the account.
- If you used Sign in with Apple, your account may use an Apple private relay address instead of your personal email.
- For a household invitation, open the latest invitation with the same account that should join the household.
If you still cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with the account and describe the sign-in method you used.
Privacy choices and data requests
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your Brie account. Email support@withbrie.app from your account address with the subject “Brie privacy request” and describe the request.
We may ask for limited additional information to verify the account before completing a request. Read the Privacy Policy for more information about data use, retention, and household sharing.
Delete your account
Brie will include account deletion in the app before public release. In a build that includes it, open Settings, choose your account, and follow the deletion instructions shown there.
If the deletion control is not yet available in your beta build, email support@withbrie.app from your account address with the subject “Delete my Brie account.” We will verify the request before deletion. Deleting a Brie account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription, if one exists.
Recipe source or attribution concerns
Brie is designed to preserve original recipe sources and creator attribution. If a source is wrong, a link is broken, or you believe content infringes your rights, email us with the recipe name, source URL, and a description of the issue. We will review it and take appropriate action.
Apple purchases and billing
Purchases made through the App Store are billed and managed by Apple. Subscription changes can be made in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s Report a Problem service.
Food, allergy, or nutrition concerns
Brie’s recipe adaptations and nutrition information can contain errors and are not medical advice. Independently verify allergens, ingredient safety, storage, temperatures, and doneness. For an urgent medical or safety issue, contact the appropriate emergency or professional service rather than waiting for Brie Support.
