The people behind Brie

Made in our kitchen.
For yours.

Katrina is a mom, a busy professional, and someone who loves to cook. But keeping track of recipes, meals, prep, and nutrition had started to feel like another job.

In our family, dinner is something we do together. Katrina and Dayne plan the week, share the prep, and cook side by side. We wanted one place where either of us could see the plan, pick up a task, and know what comes next.

That's the experience we want when friends come over, too: a clear answer to “How can I help?” and a way to share the cooking, so everyone gets to enjoy the evening.

Before we get cooking.

Where can I import recipes from?

Save recipes from supported websites and social links, capture a cookbook page with a photo, or add your own recipe text. Review the ingredients and directions before saving, especially when a source leaves something out.

Can Brie help me change a recipe I've saved?

Yes. Use Modify to ask Brie for changes to a saved recipe, such as different portions or an ingredient adjustment. Review the proposed ingredients and directions before approving your version. You can also edit a recipe yourself.

More about working with recipes
What happens to the original recipe and creator credit?

Imported recipes keep their original source and creator attribution. You can return to the source, and your reviewed changes stay connected to the recipe they came from. Your own recipes can be added directly too.

How Brie keeps recipes connected
Can I plan meals and make a grocery list?

Yes. Put saved recipes on your weekly calendar, set the portions, and bring their ingredients into a grocery list. Review and adjust the list as you need. Members of the same household can share the plan, recipes, and groceries.

Can I use Brie with ChatGPT, Muse, OpenClaw, or Grok?

Brie has an MCP connection for compatible AI assistants. A connected assistant can find saved recipes, save a recipe you develop together, review and save edits, and read or add shared groceries. Setup and available actions depend on your assistant and the permissions you grant.
